Returns and Refunds
At henry and grace® we carefully scrutinise every stage of production, from growing the Merino wool to shipping the product to you. Should you feel dissatisfied for any reason, you can return your item(s) for a full refund.
All returned items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. We offer a 14 day return. Should circumstance show that you require more time, please contact us and we will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome wherever possible.
- Complete the henry and grace® Returns Form and include with your item
- Please use the return voucher where it is provided or post the product to the address listed on the form.
We at henry and grace® know that sometimes mistakes happen, regardless of the effort made. If goods arrive in less than optimal condition through a manufacturing fault we are happy to repair faulty items or to replace them. Contact our Customer Services Team as soon as possible so that we can identify the fastest way to resolve this situation.
At henry and grace® we have provided detailed care and washing instructions. Please read them as we are unable to replace or refund items damaged through improper washing or care, such as bleaching. If in doubt, please send us an email and we will reply as soon as possible.
Wear and tear of garments is part of nature and are not faults and therefore is not covered by the Returns Policy.
Any refunds that are required will be processed only to the same method used to make the order. This includes to the same credit card number / account if the payment was by credit card. In the event that the card is lost, stolen or cancelled henryandgrace.com may require confirmation from the card provider or issuing bank for any change.
